Data Deletion Instructions

You may request the deletion of personal information held by NUYU Clinic Pty Ltd (ABN 35 692 027 937), trading as NUYU Health Technologies, at any time. This page also serves as the data deletion instructions for any NUYU application connected to third-party platforms such as Facebook (Meta) or Google.
How to Request Deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Include the email address (or other identifier) associated with your data, and the product or website your request relates to — for example PeptiClinic, CompoundConnect, AestheticOS, PocketLegal, or a NUYU app connected to Facebook or Google.
- We will acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, subject to any records we are legally required to retain (for example, clinical or financial records subject to Australian retention laws — we will tell you if this applies to your request).
Facebook / Meta app users: If you interacted with a NUYU app or integration through a Meta platform and want that data removed, you can either (a) email us as above, or (b) remove the app from your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, which stops further data access. Emailing us additionally deletes any data already collected.
What Happens Next
Once we have verified your request, we delete or de-identify your personal information from our active systems and instruct our service providers to do the same. Backup copies are purged on our standard backup rotation schedule.
